Energetics - an energy reading where Hamish is able to intuitively see where the release needs to come from, he will show you through a Body Synopsis where & what the energy looks like for you to visualise and intensify the healing process.
Physical Healing Massage - through Hamish's healing touch he will massage and move the energy as he is guided to release blocks to help you feel better physically. By direct concentration he is able to work with you to realign what is needed.
Transformation Tools - during your session you will gain greater awareness of yourself and empowering tools to use in your daily life.
